Practice Closure - Morriston

We are saddened to announce that Haven Vets in Morriston will permanently close on 29^th August 2025. 

While this decision has not been made lightly and we understand this may come as a change, we want to ensure a smooth transition for all our valued clients. We remain fully committed to providing you with the highest standard of care and would like to recommend the following alternative locations: 

The team at Haven Vets in Llanelli or our sister partner practice Lakeside would love to welcome you and your pet(s)from now on. You can expect the same level of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

• Continue your care with us at our main site in Llanelli, where you will be welcomed by our full team and continue to receive the same standard of service you've come to expect.
• Transfer to our trusted sister partner, Lakeside, based in  Llansamlet. To support a smooth transition, our vets will be working at Lakeside every Tuesday and Thursday, ensuring continuity of care and familiar presence.

If you have a future appointment booked at Haven Vets Morriston, a team member will be in contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with Haven Vets Llanelli means

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue 
• Out of hours care will be at Vets Now, Lakeside Vets, Llansamlet. 

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our main site in Llanelli, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet's care. This also means that your data would continue to be processed by us and our third- party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. If you are a PHC plan member, please rest assured that your plan can continue uninterrupted at either Llanelli or Lakeside.

Should you not wish to be transferred to Haven Vets Llanelli or our sister partner practice Lakeside, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.

We understand change can be challenging, and we're here to help support you make the decision that best suits your needs.
