Practice Closure - Crosshands

We are saddened to announce that Haven Vets in Crosshands will permanently close on 31st July 2025. 

The team at Haven Vets in Ammanford and Llanelli would love to welcome you and your pet(s)from now on. You can expect the same level of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual. 

While this change marks the end of a chapter, it also opens an exciting opportunity for us to further invest in and develop our Ammanford branch.

If you have a future appointment booked at Haven Vets Crosshands, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with Haven Vets Ammanford and Llanelli means

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue 
• Out of hours care will be at Vets Now, Lakeside Vets, Llansamlet.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our main site in Ammanford and Llanelli, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet's care. This also means that your data would continue to be processed by us and our third- party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To support patients who may require procedures or diagnostic work ups we are pleased to offer our ambulance transport service to and from our Llanelli site, helping to make the process as smooth and accessible as possible.

If you are a PHC plan member, please rest assured that your plan can continue uninterrupted at either Llanelli or lakeside.

Should you not wish to be transferred to Haven Vets Ammanford or Llanelli, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.

We understand change can be challenging, and we're here to help support you make the decision that best suits your needs.
