Hannah began her journey with the Haven in 2003 where she pursued her nurse training. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2006 and then progressed to Head Nurse where she was responsible for overseeing the training and monitoring of all our nurses.

Hannah has been involved in team leading involving co-ordinating daily nurse clinics and weekly puppy parties along with some office based work. Hannah has a keen interest in the management of wounds which led to her seek further training in this area allowing her to develop skills in minor surgery.

Over the years Hannah's passion for problem solving and helping others has lead to her becoming Practice Manager. Hannah is currently studying for her Leadership and Management Diploma.

Hannah is a fluent welsh speaker. Her spare time is spent with her two beautiful children and Topper, her pony of 24 years.
